Dr.Edwin (Ted) Riley graduated summa cum laude from Boston College with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology. He then attended the Harvard School of Dental Medicine graduating magna cum laude with a Doctorate in Dental Medicine. He was awarded the Harvard Alumni Gold Medal for Scholastic Excellence, the Alumni Nesbett Award for Excellence in Clinical Dentistry and the American Academy of Periodontology Award. Dr. Riley continued his training and graduated from the Harvard postdoctoral prosthodontics program.

While in college, he worked in the department of Cytokine Biology at Forsyth Dental Center, in Boston, helping with different research projects. He is included as a co-author on the published research in the Journal of Dental Research. Dr. Riley graduated cum laude from Boston College earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology.
